Refund policy
Please note that accessories (i.e. frame chains) are non-refundable.
We want these frames to bring you joy! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase please email contact@anwulieyewear.com Include your Name, address and invoice number within 30 days of receiving your shipment and we will follow up with return instructions.
We are unable to process refunds on pre-order items that have not yet been received by the customer, sale/clearance items, or items not in their original conditions (this includes the original casing and cleaning cloths or any other items included in shipping).
The customer will be responsible for shipping and handling on any returns. Items must be securely packed and shipped back in their original outer shipping carton using the original packing protection. If the original outer shipping carton and packing protection are not available then you may substitute comparable materials for shipping fragile items.
Please include the packing slip that accompanied your shipment. Anwuli Eyewear reserves the right to deny any returns that do not fully comply with with our return policy. Any returns that do not meet the above requirements will be returned to sender at the sender’s expense.
